The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel's driver picked me up from the airport although my flight was delayed. When I arrived at the hotel late at night, the area was intimidating at first, which I expected by reading these reviews. However, once I was in, I was amazed with the narrow corridor with the lush greenery that led to the villa. The kind staff welcomed me with a complementary cocktail and a 15 min free massage. Breakfast was good and served in the room. Located in Syminyak made it easy to get to the beach, airport and the nearby shopping area in around 15-20 minutes by car.
1- Location is a bit remote but that is compensated with the provided driver. 2- Insects is another issue but I guess its all over the island wherever you go. 3- Booked.net charges you in USD but the hotel requires payment in Rupiahs so be prepared. 4- Slight noises from other villas can easily be heard.

We had a fantastic time at this villa in Bali. The location was great, with Seminyak Square, laundry services, mini marts, and massage parlors all within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amenities like outdoor showers and bathtubs. The Balinese design and comfort of the villa were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, and the breakfast buffet had delicious food. it was a wonderful stay.
One negative aspect was that the pool didn't seem to be cleaned well, which made us hesitant to swim in it towards the end of our stay.

Nice room , good service , we appreciate transportation on Seminyak area, good food at restaurant (dinner) soups & satay
not possible to check out on site as they have two sites . some wrong posting on the bill , some kind of security suspicion on evening maybe cause we are mixed couples (on the last night of a 4 days stay)

The best thing was the suite we stayed in it was truly beautiful and comfortable
The fact that the transfers are never on time regardless of how early we booked or how important it was for us to be somewhere, ignorant and rude staff not listening to us (even taking into account the language barrier), poor food- we had bugs found in a burger we ordered and were served raw fried eggs on 3 occassions, the toilet paper was hardly replaced until asked, toilet blocked 3 times in 3 days-amazing since we were so careful with our toilet paper usage, also no running water for one morning and we were given someone else's washing instead of our own. I found myself spending more time at the front counter either complaining or waiting for a transfer than I spent in my own room!

The rooms were beautiful, the private pool and setting and the overall layout and presentation were brilliant.
A bigger fridge would have been very handy. ( or a 2nd fridge at least)

Service, fantastic (you can have dinner and breakfast at room), Very new and well equipped rooms, very clean, very friendly staff. You can book a hotel car any time for sightseeing. Fantastic food quality / variety
Only problem is poor location, you cannot go anywhere by walking, but is very close by taxi to seminyak beach, this is were you will find all the action these days.. Definetely visit Cocoon...the best place i found in Bali....

Behaviour of staff was excellent and coordial. They tried to cover up lot of short coming during our stay.
Overall quite disapointment. Location is quite far from city and sea beatch. Choice of food are limited and taking so much to serve because they have to take from other location. Lots of lizards and tiny pool made us disappoinment.

The staff were helpful, the shuttle car service was brilliant, the breakfast was good , the main meals could be improved. The finishing of the bathroom, kitchen sinks and tiling could be better done as it takes away from the rest of the room. Was great to be given bottled water everyday. Thankyou
